  • Before 6 weeks prior to check-in date : Free cancellation irrespective of season. 
  • Before 3-6 weeks prior to check-in date: 20% & Low season:10% of total basic room tariff.
  • Within 3-1 week of check-in date: 30% & Low season: 20% of total basic room tariff.
  • Within 3-7 days of check-in date: 40% of total basic tariff- Peak and Low season.
  • Within 48 hrs: 60-100% of total stay basic room tariff depends on number of nights booked & season.
  • No show OR check-out earlier than total booked nights: NO refund.
